Consulting / Engineering Services
SSE provides consulting and engineering services to a specific group of clients to keep SSE current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and industry needs and maintain industry contacts. SSE limits the number of consulting / engineering contracts so that service can be provided on a reliable and timely basis. Our Corporate Values put a higher priority on quality rather than quantity. We will not 'grow' the company at the expense of deteriorating quality.
SSE offers a variety of contracting strategies designed to maximize value to the client. Conventional hourly rate contracts are available for smaller scopes of work and intermittent consulting. Discounted hourly rates can be negotiated on ‘take-or-pay’ contracts, where the scope of work is expected to exceed 20 hours per month. An additional discount is available for ‘take-or-pay’ contracts of 30 hours per month or more.
To ensure all SSE clients receive beneficial value for their contracting dollar, detailed monthly time and expense accounting is provided, regardless of project size or contracting strategy.

Training
Training services offered are unique in the marketplace, minimizing the 'PowerPoint' lecture strategy in lieu of a more interactive, problem solving focus. Clients participate in Case Study exercises in which real-world problems are addressed in small focus groups.
